Jerry Warren of Union City, Ind. owns and runs a CAFO (Confined Animal Feeding Operation) of about 4,000 hogs. CAFO's have become a controversial topic in Indiana in the past five years and present a new way of hog farming that is causing concern for animal rights activists and neighbors who question their practices toward livestock.
